Sort of sick right now, cancelled my evening shift for the game expo which would have been awesome to do (xbox LAN for Halo 3 and MW2) and instead having a rest in bed. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow since I got work again – need to save up as much cash as possible. What else has been happening?

Super super super windy and chilly as of late. Riding around it feels like my helmet wants to lift off with me attached sometimes, thats how strong the wind has been lately. My bike isnt heavy either so I’ve been riding on an angle a fair bit, did I mention it was chilly that my fingers always freeze due to the damn air vents on the gloves. I should go see Simon soon with some ideas of the scheme for my fairings. Thinking maybe something like below with the colour combo of green and black:

Had some fettucini and meatballs with cheese and more tomato sauce on top for dinner, just what I needed.

Worked for ACCAN (Australian Communications Consumer Action Network) which resulted in meeting Stephen Conroy, bah I dislike the way he holds himself and the stupid policies he is trying to bring into play aka Internet Censorship and Data collecting. They had a dinner in the evening and I saw the new catering company that replaced Fillings/Charmeleon at it for the first time, food smelt great and the new guys were treated to their first experience of free main course meals. They were also tweeting live last night and everybody was talking about the really hot chick in the black dress and this was viewable on the large projector screen hahaha she was an easy 9 or 10 for sure.

Some of the crazy awesome stuff ordinary people have come up with for the polycount pack has been insanely good, I look forward to seeing what Valve will choose from the submissions to be available in TF2.

And onto a totally different note this is absolutely freaking wierd, the menstruation machine. Creeps me the hell out.

Watched more World Cup, not as much as the group stages though. I watched the first half of the Netherlands vs Slovakia game last night and the Dutch absolutely dominated even though the scoreline wasn’t reflective of this. Credit to the Slovakians though, they have done very well and have been referred to as Giant-Killers (reminded me to watch the newest episode of the show). The Dutch will now play against Brazil in what will be an interesting match, Europe vs South American team. I hope Japan beat Paraguay and Spain vs Portugal will be another interesting game to watch.

Time to get more rest, my ankle is still sore from Sunday, goodluck to a certain person doing exams even if they hate me haha oh well. Oh its D-day for me tomorrow hmmm what will I decide.
